Using Office software at home

Here at Sandy Upper we use the Microsoft Office suite of software on all of our machines. This software can be expensive for use at home, but a free alternative is available in the form of OpenOffice.
OpenOffice will allow you to create and edit files for Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc. on your own computer without having to purchase MS-Office or use MS-Works (which has compatiblity problems).

 
Please do not download this package in school as it is around 90MB in size.
If you are unable to download it at home, the ICT Support office can provide you with a copy.
