Unit A – Investigating Leisure
and Tourism Looking at facilities including hotels, restaurants,
leisure centres, theme parks and tourist information centres.
Unit B – Marketing in Leisure
and Tourism Looking at promotional techniques.
Unit C – Investigating Customer
Service Dealing with customers.
Do you have to do exams?
Yes, but only for Unit A

other two units.
