 Post 16 Subsidised Transport 2012/13

Once a student reaches the age of 16 and completes year 11 at school there is no statutory entitlement to home to college or school transport.  In order to support young people to access education or work based learning beyond the age of 16, Central Bedfordshire Council provides a scheme that, in certain circumstances, enables students to travel at a free or subsidised rate.

Full details of the central bedfordshire Post 16 Transport Policy can be found at the bottom of this page.
