Our Code of Conduct

• Always have respect for others.
• Respect our school and its facilities.Always do your best in everything you do.
• Come to lessons on time, equipped and ready to learn. Only bring what you need for the lessons.
• Listen to others in class and put your hand up if you wish to speak.
• Be proud of our school and wear the correct uniform.
• Keep to the left in corridors and be polite and courteous when moving around the school.

The school is a non-smoking site

If students are caught smoking :-

• First offence 1 day in Retreat
• Second Offence 2 days in Retreat
• Third offence Exclusion

Parents will be contacted and we will also put you in contact with anti-smoking support.
If students choose to be with other students who are smoking, even if they are not smoking themselves, they can expect to be punished, regardless of whether or not they were smoking.
In the first instance this will be an after school detention.
